Right of withdrawal

The experience of purchasing our products must be synonymous with satisfaction for you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on Scaldacuore.it. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date of their receipt. The courier will pick up the return directly at your residential and/or domicile address free of charge.

However, it will not be possible to replace the chosen garment with another garment, whether of the same model or of different models.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

the return must take place within 14 working days from the delivery date

the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged

the identification tag must be returned intact and applied to the products

products must be returned in their original packaging

returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date on which he received the products

Mia srls reserves the right not to accept damaged, used or returned items without the original tag.

It is not possible to make personalized products (for example products embroidered or printed with the child's name or initials) as provided for by Art. 59 (Exceptions to the right of withdrawal) of Legislative Decree, 06/09/2005 n° 206, G.U. 08/10/2005

If you have complied with all the required conditions, you will be refunded the full price of the products purchased within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. The shipment is entirely paid by Mia srls.

In the event that your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions, you will be contacted by Customer Service. In this case, you can choose to get the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse, Mia srls reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount corresponding to them.

How to make a return

IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER AS A REGISTERED USER:

Sign in to your account

Go to the "My orders" section, click on the "View order" button of the order you are interested in making

Click on the "Return" item in the upper right corner of the order view, the return page for the selected order will open

Fill in the required fields, the quantities of products you want to return, the reason and the refund methods

click on the "Submit" button. Your return request is now sent to the system.

IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER AS A GUEST USER:

Go to the Make a Return page

Enter your order number, fill in the required fields and send your return request.

In both cases you will receive email notifications of updates on the status of your return and you will be asked to indicate the date for collection by the courier.

If you have made a return as a registered user, you can check the status of your return at any time in the "My Returns" section of your account.

Reimbursement times and methods

Once the items you have returned are delivered to the warehouse, once the integrity of the items and tags has been verified, Mia srls will issue the refund according to the payment methods you have chosen when placing the order. Regardless of the payment method you used to purchase the returned items (credit/debit card, PayPal), the refund will be made by Mia srls within 14 working days from the date on which the latter became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, after verifying that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the conditions set out above.

The effective time for the re-credit or return of the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

purchase by credit/debit card: the effective re-credit date depends on the institution that issued the credit/debit card. We inform you that the value date of the re-credit will in any case be the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest

purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible from the date on which it was ordered by Mia srls. The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer

purchase with fidelity voucher or gift card: the refund takes place through the issuance of a voucher that can be spent exclusively online.

In the case of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
