Welcome to the online shop of the Mia srls company. In these pages you can find news and products with the Scaldacuore brand, view them, check their characteristics and decide to have them delivered directly to your home.

We have created this space to allow you to have a pleasant browsing and purchasing experience that is consistent with our values.

Furthermore, this site and the information contained therein may be subject to modification at any time and without prior or subsequent communication obligation.

1.2 Limitation of Liability and Indemnities

The Mia srls company cannot be held responsible in any way for actual, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other type of damage, deriving from the use or inability to use the information, products or material on the site or related to their quality. Because the exclusion or limitation of liability with respect to incidental or consequential damages is not permitted in some countries, such exclusions and limitations may not apply to you in whole or in part.

2) How to buy

On the Homepage and in the menus you will find links to products and categories. You will find information on how to order, how to pay, how the goods will be delivered to you, how you can eventually change them.

In order to complete the purchase, you will need to register at checkout by entering your personal data, tax code, address, locality, zip code and province.

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with current legislation on the matter and used strictly within the limits of the information that you will read and accept at the time of registration.

The warmhearted.it online store cannot process any order from customers who do not accept the processing of personal data. No data relating to your credit card will be taken or recorded by Mia srls. You will find more information on payment security in paragraph 4 below.

3) Confirmation of receipt of the order and acceptance of the same

Once an order has been received, the Mia srls company will automatically send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which all the details of the order will be summarized. Following receipt of an order, the Mia srls company will verify the effective availability of the ordered product and only after this verification will it communicate its acceptance. At the same time as the acceptance, the Mia srls company will process the payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon shipment of the goods; in this communication we will attach the code necessary for the traceability of the shipment.

In the event that the Mia srls company, for any reason, is unable to fulfill even partially an order received, it will promptly notify the customer, proposing an alternative if possible.

Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.

4) Payments

The warmhearted.it online store accepts payments by Paypal and credit card. You can choose between these payment methods at the end of the order process.

Under no circumstances will Mia srls be able to accept payments in cash, either directly or by post.

Note: This online shop operates from the European Union and all transactions are made in Euros (unless otherwise specified).

4.1 Paypal

PayPal allows any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments securely.

By selecting the PayPal payment system you will access the secure PayPal site. Here, if you already have a PayPal account, you just need to authorize the payment. If, on the other hand, you do not yet have a PayPal account, after registering for free and entering your credit card data (also prepaid, such as Postepay), you will be able to make payments to Mia srls.

You can also use your bank account to fund the PayPal account from which you will later make payments. The use of PayPal, as an online payment tool, is free.

4.2 Credit Card

You can pay in the warmhearted.it online store using credit cards belonging to the VISA and Mastercard circuits.

Orders paid by credit card are the fastest to be processed as the communication to the Mia srls company of the payment is instantaneous.

5) Shipping and Delivery

To guarantee rapid delivery, the warmhearted.it online store relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination. The shipping cost will appear in the cart and will be added to the order total during the purchase process and will be charged to you at the time of payment. Nothing will therefore be due to the courier upon delivery.

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed between 8.00am and 12.30pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12.30 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders relating to available products will be processed within 7/10 working days of receipt of payment. All stages of the procedure and the status of your order will be visible in your personal account.

To examine and verify the information relating to an order, please access your account and click on the "My orders" page (visible on all pages of the warmhearted.it online store). Then click on the order number to view the details.

5.2 Order Tracking

You can view the "Status" of an order from the "My Orders" page. Once shipped, you will receive an "Order tracking" number. By entering this number in the appropriate area of ​​the site, it will be possible to monitor the status of the shipment.

6) shipping costs

The Mia srls company is currently active all over the world. The shipping costs displayed are calculated based on the quantity, country and weight of the products in the cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the purchase process.

7) Return Policy

Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery;

Returned products must not have been worn and washed or altered in any way.

Returned products must have all their original tags and must be in their original packaging.

It is mandatory to complete the return process (see below for more details).

7.1 Exchange of Goods

If you wish to exercise the right of return on the entire order or on one or more purchased items, please complete the Return Process.

Communicate that you intend to return via e-mail to info@manifatturaitalianartigianale.it specifying your order number and the items you intend to return;

the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

the identification tag must be attached to the products;

the products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging;

Mia srls reserves the right not to accept damaged and/or used items;

returned products must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

The refund is accepted only if the item purchased has manufacturing defects or does not conform to the item ordered.

Please note: Some products are only available in one size / color / length. These products therefore cannot be exchanged for a different size / color / length / etc.

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

In case of exchange your new product/s will be shipped once we have received the original product/s. If you do not want an exchange, you can request a voucher for a subsequent purchase.

Firstly, please communicate your intention to return the goods via e-mail to info@manifatturaitalianartigianale.it.

In the event that a refund is requested (see conditions in paragraph 7.1), the administrative costs of the refund are borne by the company Mia srls. On the contrary, all product shipping costs, both by courier and by postal service, are charged to the customer. The customer will then be reimbursed for the value of the returned product.

(1) The shop operates from the European Union, for this reason all transactions, even in foreign currency, are converted into Euros following payment by the customer.

(2) Returned products, paid for by bank transfer, are refunded by bank transfer. For the refund, the customer must communicate the bank details to the customer assistance service. The requested data are IBAN and the name of the account holder.

The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives in our warehouse and its integrity and the problem (factory defect / non-compliant with the purchased item) will be verified.

Please note: if paying by credit card, refunds may take up to 4 weeks to appear on your statement. The refund will appear on your statement with the description “Scaldacuore”

Customer support

All information on the status of your orders will be viewable on your account to which you will have access once you have registered using your e-mail address and password.
